How long have you been in the Change Management Profession? In the formal sense, I have been an OCM consultant for nearly two years. However, my career over the past 12 years has always involved some role functions and work that aligned very closely to OCM activities – thus my switch into the official role two years ago. What would you say you enjoy most about OCM so far? I tend to be more of an introvert by nature, so I think getting more heavily involved in a traditional OCM role has challenged me to practice my influence and leadership skills – which (in my opinion) require a bit more of an extroverted personality. It has made me a more well-rounded professional. What made you decide to join ACMP Ohio?
