Welcome, Natalie!

We're delighted to welcome Natalie Bullock as the newest member of our ACMP Ohio Board and the Membership Director for our chapter.

Natalie officially starts her responsibilities this month, and she's shared that she looks forward to getting to know our ACMP Ohio family, building awareness around resources and events that can enrich our members’ careers and ACMP experience and working to connect like-minded members both within our chapter and across others to help build meaningful, supportive relationships.

Like many in the OCM space, Natalie's path into change management is a non-traditional one. Here's a bit more information on her journey -

Natalie began her career as a secondary school English teacher who worked stateside in Virginia public schools as well as overseas at international schools in Venezuela and Ghana. She enjoys caring for and educating people but did not see a future in K-12 education. In 2015 she made a significant career shift and returned to school for her MBA. Since then, she has been based out of Cincinnati working as a people and change consultant with Centric Consulting. Her passion is helping individuals and organizations see their potential and bridge the gap from where they are to where they desire to be. She aspires to continue to serve and provide hope and stability in formal employment and informal relationships, including through relationships with ACMP members, sponsor partners, colleagues and followers.

Please join us in welcoming Natalie to our ACMP Ohio chapter leadership/family!

If you didn’t already know, Ohio is rich with change management talent and with firms that support our efforts. We are always looking for new ideas to add value for our members, so please be sure to share your thoughts! Simply email us at info@acmpohio.org . Below are several things we are working through for you in 2023.

Meet new volunteer Whitney Flight

How long have you been in the Change Management Profession? In the formal sense, I have been an OCM consultant for nearly two years. However, my career over the past 12 years has always involved some role functions and work that aligned very closely to OCM activities – thus my switch into the official role two years ago. What would you say you enjoy most about OCM so far? I tend to be more of an introvert by nature, so I think getting more heavily involved in a traditional OCM role has challenged me to practice my influence and leadership skills – which (in my opinion) require a bit more of an extroverted personality. It has made me a more well-rounded professional. What made you decide to join ACMP Ohio? I wanted to get involved with a local community of OCM professionals who I can learn from and, through volunteer work, help continue to build an impactful OCM presence here in Ohio! Could you describe you...
