We're delighted to welcome Natalie Bullock as the newest member of our ACMP Ohio Board and the Membership Director for our chapter. Natalie officially starts her responsibilities this month, and she's shared that she looks forward to getting to know our ACMP Ohio family, building awareness around resources and events that can enrich our members’ careers and ACMP experience and working to connect like-minded members both within our chapter and across others to help build meaningful, supportive relationships. Like many in the OCM space, Natalie's path into change management is a non-traditional one. Here's a bit more information on her journey - Natalie began her career as a secondary school English teacher who worked stateside in Virginia public schools as well as overseas at international schools in Venezuela and Ghana. She enjoys caring for and educating people but did not see a future in K-12 education. In 2015 she made a significant career shift and returned to
